Este trabalho apela a uma abordagem humanista ao capitalismo; uma abordagem que fortalece os três pilares num ciclo virtuoso de progresso\, promovendo sociedades mais justas\, mais democráticas e mais sustentáveis. \nO livro é coautorado por Miguel Pina e Cunha e Milton de Sousa\, ambos membros do Leadership for Impact Knowledge Center e vozes reconhecidas nas áreas de liderança e estudos organizacionais. Juntamente com Adolfo Mesquita Nunes\, apresentam uma visão que desafia debates comuns — como “mais ou menos Estado” ou “riqueza ou desigualdade” — propondo antes um novo paradigma\, onde a colaboração entre setores é essencial para o progresso humano.
