Este trabalho apela a uma abordagem humanista ao capitalismo; uma abordagem que fortalece os três pilares num ciclo virtuoso de progresso\, promovendo sociedades mais justas\, mais democráticas e mais sustentáveis. \nO livro é coautorado por Miguel Pina e Cunha e Milton de Sousa\, ambos membros do Leadership for Impact Knowledge Center e vozes reconhecidas nas áreas de liderança e estudos organizacionais.
